Frank Murray is Chairman of Piercom Limited and a member of UNiDROIT the UN agency tasked with determining the rules for legal digital registries Frank is Chairman of ''GIFT'' Green Impact Future Technology'' an independent profit for purpose company focussed on delivering digital infrastructure for climate change and carbon offset management with NGOs as beneficiaries. Alongside his voluntary activities Frank is Chairman of the Swiss-Irish Business Association and is a member of the European Chamber of Commerce movement and former founding member of the Atlantic Way movement in Ireland and the Irish Centre for Software Research>
